We only accept returns due to defective and damaged items only. Customer's must contact us within 7 days from the package delivery date to utilize this service. We will replace or provide a store credit for items $10 or less. Item's purchased with a value of $10 or more must send the defective or damaged items back to us. We will gladly reimburse the return shipping cost after the inspection process is complete. It takes 10-15 days for the process and for the items to be reshipped. We do not offer cash refunds whatsoever... In the event of an out of stock item, we will credit the account for the orginal purchased price excluding the shipping fee's. We will also credit the shipping reimbursements for future purchases.
